Online Booking for Subscribers

Want the convenience of booking your subscription seats 24/7? To be able to see the complete schedule and ticket availability? You can do all that on our new online reservation system, which replaced our previous ticketing platform on May 1, 2014.

Please note - to book subscription seats, you must first have completed purchasing your subscription(s). Click here for instructions on how to purchase your subscription.

Here are step by step instructions for reserving your subscription seats..

1. Click the reserve your seats tab in the subscribers corner menu in the toolbar at the top of the screen

2. That will take you to a calendar of all our performances. Find the the performance you want to attend and click on the time and date you wish to attend. The screen will open on the current month - choose the month you want from the menu in the middle.

3. You'll be taken to a new screen that will ask you to PLEASE SELECT TICKETS. You must then log-in as a subscriber to book your pre-paid seats and access the additional subscriber benefits available.

The log-in field is in the upper right hand corner of the PLEASE SELECT TICKETS screen.


















You must log in using the e-mail address you provided us when you purchased your subscription. That e-mail is also listed in your confirmation letter.

  • If you did not provide an e-mail when you bought your subscription, you will need to provide one to use the system. If you want to give us a new e-mail address (or change an existing one) or if you don't remember which e-mail address you provided, please e-mail us at for assistance.
  • You will need to create a password when using the system the first time. For intsructions on how to create a password, click here. If you've forgotten your password, click "I don't know my password" to reset your password.

4. After you have logged in, you'll see your subscription packages and discounts in blue. Find the subscription you purchased (it will be the one with zeroes as the price) and from the dropdown menu, choose the number of seats you want to reserve  When you are done, click  ADD TO CART.



















5. You will be taken to the Shopping Cart screen. Here, you can check over your order. If you made a mistake or want to change your selection, check the box and click "Remove Selected Items." If you want to add more tickets, click on "Select More Performances" and you'll be taken back to the calendar where you will again be able to choose the show and performance you desire. You can buy additional tickets for the performance you've already booked - or  book for a completely new show or performance.

Once you've picked everything you want to buy, click on "Checkout."

7. On the next screen, you can double-check your order and also add a donation if you like. Then, click on Continue at the bottom of the page.

8. You'll see another screen with your order details and your billing address. Click on the "I agree to terms and conditions" box an then hit "Purchase Now" at the bottom of the screen.


9. You'll then see a confirmation screen.. You can hit the green button in the center of the screen to print your tickets if you like, but we will also have your name at the door. Either way, when you arrive, please check in with our House Manager to pick up our in-house tickets and your free concession.
